Moose Creek Pepper Sauce was created through Moose Creek Beer & Bait House in Clarksville, Tennessee. The original intent of this product was to provide the existing customer base with a new and innovative taste sensation to compliment existing menu items. Due to the overwhelming positive response received from the initial sauce offering, the opportunity of manufacturing the sauce for the retail market was quickly realized. Seizing this opportunity, Moose Creek Pepper Products began bottling the sauce for regional distribution in 1998. Since that time Moose Creek Pepper Products has expanded throughout the Southeast United States and Canada.
