Moose Creek Bean Dip

12oz refried Pinto or Black Beans
¼ cup Mexican Mixed Cheese
¼ cup Moose Creek ( pepper or green chili sauce)
¼ cup mix cheese for garnish
Scallions for garnish
Sour Cream for garnish
Black Olives (optional)

Open the 12oz can of refried beans place them in a microwaveable bowl mix in
cheese and Moose Creek Sauce heat for 2min. Garnish with cheese, sour cream
and  scallions, black olives optional. Serve warm with tortes chips.

 

Moose Creek Queso Dip

Velveeta cheese 1 in. cubed
Small diced tomatoes
Moose Creek (pepper or green chili sauce)
Scallions for garnish

Put first 3 ingredients in a microwave safe bowl, heat until cheese has melted.
Stir and serve with tortes chips and garnish with scallions.

 

Moose Creek Roasted Veggie Wraps

Spread
Cream Cheese
Moose Creek Pepper Sauce

Place cream cheese and Moose Creek Pepper Sauce in a cuisenart and pulse until
mixed together well.

Veggies
Asparagus
Zucchini
Yellow Squash
Red bell peppers
Olive oil
Sea salt

Rinse all veggies slice zucchini and squash about 1/4in. Thick, cut pepper in half and remove seeds.
Toss all veggies in olive oil just enough to coat them and
place on a sheet pan then in the oven on broil for 5min.

Wrap
10in. Flour or corn Tortes
Take one torte and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mix on it covering all the way to the edge and place veggies one half of the torte with the asparagus in
the middle arrange from edge to edge with one layer of veggies. Start at the side with veggies and roll to the other end. Cut the roll every 2 inches and serve.
